In this package, I'll create a bespoke plan that's designed around your goals and that can be achieved in the comfort of your own home.
All exercises will be body weight based or using any equipment you have at home already.
Through FaceTime or video conferencing, be there to support, guide + motivate you every step, rep + set of the way.
Ideally, make sure you're ready to connect with me on a laptop, desktop or tablet so that you can see my demonstrations clearly.
